Ordering information

How do I place my order?

Browse through our products and find the item(s) you’d like to buy.

Fill in the quantity, and click, “Add to bag!”
From here, you can continue shopping by browsing the collection again or click “Continue to Checkout” to proceed with your purchase.

You’ll first be taken to the “create your order” page, where you’ll need to share your email, billing, and (if different) shipping addresses.

Click “Continue to next step” at the bottom to choose your shipping method.

Then click “Complete my purchase with Paypal” for the final step.

On Tova’s PayPal page, you may choose to use your PayPal account if you have one, or to use a major credit card or echeck. Verify your order and hit the ‘Secure Checkout’ button in Paypal when you are ready.

Once we receive you order, we’ll send a confirmation to the email address provided, and begin preparing your order. You’ll also receive a receipt from PayPal almost immediately.

Most orders will ship within 2-3 days.

What shipping options do you offer, what is the cost, and how long will it take?

We use UPS and Canada Post.
And we have a few different price options.
Currently we are offering FREE Canada Post Standard Shipping on all orders to anywhere in Continental North America.
